Procedures and Technical Support
-
Hilub's Integrated Lubrication Management the evolution of outsourcing workforce as it adds to third-party operational services, the planning, experience, engineering and technical support that will ensure more benefits and safety to your operation, besides permanent management and performance assessment.
Below you have some of the procedures found in Gestão Hilub's Integrated Lubrication Management.
1. Lubrication Plan
Elaborated through a survey of the lubrication needs of each piece of equipment in its working environment and the definition of lubrication circuits in plants, it ensures the execution of scheduled services without leaving any point lacking lubrication or inspection
2. Data Survey
Computer-based data, creation of indicators, rationalization of products and management information processing ensure the perfect monitoring of benefits and gains, while allowing for objective assessment of all professionals hired in the Contract.
3. Development Engineering
Definition of technical specifications that results in the rationalization of services and consumption of lubricants and input, leading to best use the productive capability of each piece of equipment.
4. Software
Use of exclusive software, which automatically executes full control and management of the operation. It has an interface with the Data Collector. Objectiveness and planning, ensuring more efficiency and control.
5. Data Collectors
Developed by Hilub, they issue Preventive and Corrective Task Orders in digital medium according to the guidelines of the lubrication plan previously set, removing the need of paper documents and adding more reliability to the performed services, as well as more agility and precision of data transference to the Information Management System.
6. Creation of new opportunities to reduce costs
Technicians and engineers permanently assess situations in which it is possible to obtain financial gains or additional operational gains either by applying the lubricants Filtering (saving up to 70%) and leak reduction (saving up to 40%), or by installing Centralized Systems, which tend to reduce costs by improving automation and safety.
7. Performance indicators assessment
Through the gathered data, performance indicators are created such as reduction of maintenance occurrences, reduction of stopped machines, economy in lubricant consumption and replacement parts, and optimization of direct workforce, allowing for specific analysis of your company's operation and enabling us to measure the improvements made.
