    As an alternative to the Integrated Lubrication Management, which offers a comprehensive service with workforce included, Hilub has developed a customized solution for small and medium businesses or for those which feel they are not ready to outsource the whole lubrication process. It is the Information and Performance Management, a consultancy service with extremely competitive costs that helps organize in an efficient and professional manner all your company's lubrication.

    In this service range, Hilub performs a survey of the lubrication plan, the dataprocessing and implementation of work routines, with the support of specialized engineering, sizing up the gains obtained through the economy generated by the lubrication process.

  • Lubrication Plan

    • It comprises the record of all information related to the points to be lubricated, such as:

      • Description of the point to be lubricated and /or fueled;
      • Number of points to be lubricated;
      • Device needed for the execution of each service;
      • Standardization ISO, DIN and SAE of lubricants;
      • Specification of products to be used;
      • Description of the service to be executed at each lubrication point;
      • Status of equipment to be serviced;
      • Frequency of re-lubrication;
      • Lubrication performance indicators

      The lubrication plan is sent to the client in a special folder, that has a flowchart, lubrication circuits, technical attachments, procedures, equipment and the lubrication plan with an option of digitalized photos for identifying points.

  • Software

    • Hilub also offers a software especially designed for the management control of lubrication. The program issues task orders and control reports of consumption and services, stocks and general costs and it has an interface with the pioneer system Data Collector Hilub.

      New Software LubTech 1.0.

      Hilub has invested throughout the years in the development of exclusive softwares for the management of lubrication and supply.

      It has recently finished the development of 4th generation of its software the LubTech 1.0., undoubtedly the best and most comprehensive solution available in the market.

      Management Reports

      All information is gathered monthly in the Management Report, which is customized for each company and presented by our Engineering staff.

      Among the consolidated information, there is the estimated product consumption, cost ranking, executed services, pending services and non-conformities found, and some other specific information accorded between areas.

      Hilub Data Collector

      Hilub was one of first to use Data Collectors that allow for processing automated task orders, both in preventive and in corrective modes significantly reducing bureaucratic and administrative costs and creating reliability and operation productivity.

  • Work Methodology

    • To deliver this service, Hilub develops the following operations:

      1. Survey and continuous review of the Lubrication and Supply Plan, checking all data in the project such as lubrication points, supply points, devices, amount and interval for the equipment's lubrication and supply.
      2. Rationalization, specification and coding of lubricating products, fuel and equipment to fit the activity of lubrication and supply to the ISO 9000 by standardization and norm-compliance.
      3. Elaboration of a file with the lubrication and supply plan , thus creating a way to centralize all technical information and implementation history.
      4. Implementation of Technical Attachments - APT, in which all technical information is recorded through standard procedures that are made in compliance with international technical norms.
      5. Implementation of Operational Technical Procedures - in which every operational activity performed by oilers and suppliers is standardized.
      6. Listing of Machines/Equipment, in which all information regarding equipment to be lubricated is defined and recorded.
      7. Lubrication Plan, an instrument to record all information about points to be lubricated.
